一招招一年也是溜，如果不是抱团维权，被登上媒体，你们绝对可以再拖半年一年的！我说的问题我在论坛都发过贴，而且客服也都说了所谓已经反馈了，然而你们一点都不清楚，还不是根本没人反馈！为什么我在那个帖子下面看到的全是谩骂迅雷不要脸，这就是你们所说的一片好评？也不用回复我和我辩了，对于我一个普通用户来说，什么好用就选择什么，我一个用户也不会对你们造成什么影响，祝你们在自己的道路上越走越好！说个其他的，就像百度云，大家也都知道百度云限速，流氓（迅雷自己也在这样做），但是百度云开通会员后，各种体验还是很好的，百度云在线看，下载速度都已经做的很好了，迅雷却越来越让人失望。（可以把这段设为隐藏的话最好，省的说我是对方派来的水军来诋毁你们）

1、我不太确定你说的"随意更改特权"具体是指哪件事？希望能具体说明，我相信会员运营的同事可以给出一个合理的解释。

2、用户对迅雷9的评价有褒有贬是事实，我们在阳台、QQ群、论坛上都能得到这些反馈。但是市场部的同事在做宣传的时候肯定是要说优点啊。。。

3、“基本功能都消失或操作严重不方便”也请你具体描述一下有哪些你觉得不方便的场景。我们才好做出改进。

4、之前做Mac迅雷的开发离职了，Mac开发又不好招。没有开发，想不停也不行啊。

5、迅雷作为一个“公司”，推出产品的最终目的都是为了能赚钱，公司能赚钱才能继续发展。如果产品没做好，自然赚不了钱。所以我们的态度肯定是特别想把产品做好。

又不仅仅是云播，而是迅雷对待会员的态度，权益不停调整，不听取会员意见，随意更改特权。迅雷付费用户普通用户流失了多少你们心里应该最清楚！再看看对待迅雷9的态度，论坛基本全是骂声，居然还敢发置顶帖夸迅雷9，说网友全是一片称赞，还下载速度很快，达到一点多G每秒，你们这是什么用户，带宽和硬盘真牛逼。功能不删减可是许多基本功能都消失或操作严重不方便。云播基本是受扫黄行动影响，但是正常电影也无法观看，你要说是版权问题，那明明可以迅雷离线可以高速！MAC迅雷说停就停也是怪有关部门咯？这就是你们做产品的态度！
